Several staff members and volunteers from the archives, as well as loved ones of the same, descended last night upon a local pub to raise funds for a worthy cause. Great time was had by all and we hope to do such a thing again in the future.

Last night, most of Team RA was able to make an appearance at the Geeks Who Drink trivia-night fundraiser for Geek Girl Con. We were represented (under the name Staff of R.A.) by Ann, Dora, myself, and friend-of-RA (and artist) Jessica E. Helping us in our trivia efforts was a freelance trivia expert name Ian, who along with Jessi really helped carry the team. We tied for 4th! :D
More importantly, though, GGC was able to raise both money and awareness. As for RA, we were able to get our name out among the local geek and trivia crowd a bit. It helped that the quizmaster was our own Sean McNeil.
